MONIQUE MOSHER

Monique combines her life-long passion for horses with her training/teaching proficiencies along with her acting skills and experiences on set delivering classes that take actors from “I can recognize a horse,” to competency in riding and handling horses and understanding staying safe on set as an equestrian. Her numerous students include Todd Knouse/Woman Walks Ahead, Morse Bicknell/Cliffs of Freedom, Daniel Grochowski/Associated General Contractors Commercial, Chris Bylsma & Clint Obenchain/The Kid, and Julian Gopal/Where the Wild Horses Live.

Monique’s students learn to lead, groom, saddle, mount, dismount, walk, trot, backup, baths, ride simple patterns in the arena, cross a small body of water, as well as open and close a gate. Location, Location, Location
As a working actor, Monique understands the importance of location for imparting the right vibe and supporting both story line and actors…. along with the ever-critical budgets. Her elegant Southwest Style horse property loaded with cottonwood trees, has been used inside and out for feature films, Indie films, product, and headshot photo shoots. The property inventory includes a 4 stall barn with paddocks, roping arena, separate walk-in/paddock, and fenced pasture. Her graceful SW home has offices, bedrooms, entertainment and great room with stunning views, delightful landscaping and art with a large private courtyard and portal.
